About the role
We are looking for a Home Lender to join our mortgage team in Auckland. You will support home buyers through phone and digital channels, providing clear explanations of financing options and empathetic problem‑solving. The role includes an eight‑week training programme at the ANZ Call Centre.
Key responsibilities
- Guide prospective home buyers through the mortgage application process.
- Explain loan products, rates, and terms in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Answer enquiries via phone and digital platforms, delivering expert support.
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work rostered shifts (Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday).
- Willingness to complete an eight‑week training programme.
- Residency in or near Auckland.
