Holiday Stock Replenishment Assistant (Fixed‑term, NZ)

About the role

MECCA is seeking part‑time, fixed‑term Holiday Stock Replenishment Assistants to support its New Zealand stores during the busy holiday period from September 2026 to January 2027. The role is back‑of‑house focused, ensuring shelves stay fully stocked and the store environment remains safe and clean.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control stock to meet replenishment requirements.
• Receive, receipt and process incoming stock in line with store standards.
• Replenish shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment complying with OH&S policies.
• Provide a seamless experience for customers by keeping the shop floor well stocked.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and passion for process efficiency.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (6:00‑9:00 am or 6:00‑10:00 pm) on weekdays and weekends.
• Commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.
