Holiday Park Manager – Ōrewa Beach

About the role

Lead the iconic Ōrewa Beach Holiday Park in a permanent, full‑time, onsite position. You will own the commercial performance, people leadership and guest experience of this flagship tourism business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day park operations, ensuring health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive business performance through budgeting, forecasting, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Develop and lead a high‑performing team, fostering exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain industry best practice standards and contribute to strategic planning across the Holiday Parks portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, local businesses, mana whenua and community organisations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing holiday parks, campgrounds, accommodation, tourism or hospitality operations.
• Strong people leadership with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Adaptable, customer‑focused and able to manage competing priorities with a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accurate administrative and data‑entry abilities.
