About the role

The Healthcare Recruitment Consultant will support Triple0 Medical in connecting healthcare providers with qualified professionals across New Zealand. This people‑focused, relationship‑driven role blends sales, business development and recruitment to ease pressure on the country's health system. You will receive full training and ongoing support to develop your career in healthcare staffing.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and candidates.
• Understand client workforce needs and candidate career goals.
• Source, engage with and support healthcare candidates.
• Make phone calls, open conversations and follow up on opportunities.
• Learn how the New Zealand healthcare recruitment market works.
• Help manage recruitment processes through to successful placement.
• Contribute to the growth of Triple0’s healthcare recruitment services.
• Stay informed about workforce trends in New Zealand, Australia, the UK and other relevant markets.
