Health, Safety & Wellbeing Insights & Learning Manager

About the role

Fonterra is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Insights & Learning Manager to join its Global HSW team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how the co‑operative measures, understands and learns from HSW performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve data products, Power BI dashboards and data‑integrity processes for credible, sustainable reporting.
• Design and deliver global HSW insights and performance reports for the Board, senior leadership and line managers.
• Develop and evolve the global HSW performance measurement framework using evidence‑informed, systems‑based indicators.
• Partner with the HSW Risk and Assurance team and other stakeholders to provide assurance‑based insights.
• Drive a strong learning culture by streamlining organisation‑wide learning from significant events and unexpected outcomes.

Required profile

• Confident leader with strong influencing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Systems‑thinking mindset, highly analytical and comfortable solving complex, organisation‑wide challenges.
• Robust knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (essential).
• Significant experience delivering health and safety or risk‑related intelligence, insights and reporting.
• Proven experience communicating HSW performance to Boards and senior leaders.
