Head of Professional Services

About the role

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Cyber, Cloud & Connectivity Solutions, you will lead the growth and commercial success of Kordia's Cyber Resilience Professional Services business. You will shape strategy, develop innovative consulting services and build scalable delivery models that deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for Kordia's Cyber Professional Services business.
• Grow and commercialise a portfolio of consulting and advisory services aligned to market needs.
• Own the Professional Services P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability and operational performance.
• Establish scalable delivery methodologies to improve quality, consistency and customer outcomes.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team of consultants, advisors and technical specialists.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to launch new services and unlock broader customer opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive customers on complex cyber resilience challenges.
• Champion consulting excellence and embed leading professional services practices across Kordia.

Required profile

• 15+ years' experience leading and growing professional services, consulting, advisory or technology businesses.
• Proven track record of building high‑performing consulting teams through growth and transformation.
• Commercial leadership experience with P&L ownership and sustainable business growth.
• Experience developing and scaling service portfolios that deliver measurable customer and commercial value.
• Strong knowledge of consulting operating models, workforce planning, utilisation and delivery excellence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.
