Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations and budget management for multiple youth arts initiatives.
- Provide strategic leadership to a creative team delivering programmes across Aotearoa.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in operations or general management.
- Ability to create opportunities for thousands of young creatives.
