Head of Marketing Operations

About the role

Metlifecare is seeking a Head of Marketing Operations to lead performance marketing, digital strategy, CRM and campaign delivery across its portfolio of retirement villages. Reporting to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, you will combine strategic thinking with commercial execution to drive growth, occupancy and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase village occupancy.
• Oversee digital channels including paid media, website, SEO/SEM, email and social platforms.
• Optimise customer journeys, lead conversion and marketing ROI.
• Own CRM, marketing automation and customer nurture strategies.
• Drive data‑led performance reporting and analytics.
• Manage marketing operations budgets, systems and agency relationships.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing marketing operations team.
• Partner closely with sales, brand and village teams to align activities with business goals.

Required profile

• Significant senior marketing leadership experience in complex, customer‑focused environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to deliver growth and ROI.
• Experience leading high‑performing teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on customer and brand outcomes.
• Excellent communication, influencing and strategic leadership capabilities.
• Experience in property, retirement living, healthcare or multi‑site consumer businesses is highly regarded.
