Head of Growth Development

About the role

Star Group is looking for a Head of Growth Development to own the end‑to‑end operational delivery of its growth pipeline. You will turn approved growth initiatives into successful, revenue‑generating venues and experiences across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the operational owner of the growth pipeline, ensuring initiatives move from concept to commercial launch.
• Coordinate delivery across all phases, integrating brand, marketing and innovation inputs without diluting functional ownership.
• Serve as the execution bridge between Growth, Brand, Marketing and Innovation teams.
• Translate concepts into on‑brand, operationally ready venues that meet financial and strategic targets.
