Head of Category and Revenue Strategy

About the role

DB Breweries is seeking a senior leader to own the Category and Revenue Strategy across its beer, RTD and cider portfolio as well as Star Hospitality venues. Reporting to the Sales Director and sitting on the Sales Leadership Team, you will shape pricing, promotions, portfolio optimisation and category growth to drive profitable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Management and Category Strategy for DB Breweries and Star Hospitality.
• Develop long‑term growth plans for Beer, Ready‑to‑Drink and Cider categories.
• Drive pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, trade investment and portfolio optimisation.
• Translate insights and analytics into commercial recommendations that deliver business outcomes.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and senior stakeholders.
• Build and develop a high‑performing Category and Revenue Management team.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Category Management, Revenue Management and Sales within FMCG.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial and P&L results.
• Deep understanding of shopper behaviour, category growth and customer strategy.
• Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
