Hair Education Specialist – Redken & Matrix

About the role

L'Oréal is seeking a dynamic Educator for the Redken and Matrix brands to act as the face of these professional lines in salons across Auckland. Reporting to the National Education Manager, you will inspire stylists, elevate technical skills, and drive brand performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging in‑salon, workshop and virtual training sessions on product usage, retail routines and service techniques.
• Support product launches and promotional activities, linking education to sales outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships with salon owners, stylists and internal sales teams, gathering field feedback and fostering brand loyalty.

Required profile

• People‑first educator with a Certificate III in Hairdressing.
• Proven ability to coach and deliver inspiring educational content.
• Strong technical knowledge of professional haircare, colour and styling services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and understand commercial impact.
