Guest Service Host

About the role

As a Guest Service Host you will be the front‑line ambassador for Skyline Queenstown, delivering outstanding customer service and a professional, confident presence to all visitors. You will assist guests, provide information about Skyline activities and our food & beverage outlets, and help create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent, friendly service to guests throughout their visit.
• Provide accurate information on Skyline attractions, tours, and dining options.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Energetic, confident and proactive, able to work independently.
• Strong personal presentation and physical fitness.
• Flexible availability for varied shift patterns.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
