Guest Relations Host

About the role

As a Guest Relations Host you will be the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, delivering personalized service that reflects Hilton’s brand values. You will create memorable experiences, build lasting relationships, and support guest loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle inquiries, special requests and provide tailored assistance.
• Proactively check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and arrange dining, transport, and room preferences.
• Deliver VIP and Hilton Honors member services, recognizing and anticipating their needs.
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently and coordinate with other departments to fulfil requests.
• Collect and report guest feedback, maintain updated guest profiles, and prepare daily interaction reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in guest relations, front office, concierge or executive floor service, preferably in a full‑service or luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑centric approach.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to exceptional service.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
