Growth Marketing Specialist (HubSpot & Digital Lead Generation)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Growth Marketing Specialist to help build the Northride brand in New Zealand. You will work across HubSpot, digital campaigns, events and partnerships to generate leads and raise awareness of our employee‑bike benefit programme.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise landing pages, forms and email workflows in HubSpot.
• Create and manage digital lead‑generation campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Coordinate employer events, bike‑shop activations and partnership activities.
• Maintain CRM data quality, track leads and produce performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales, partnerships and international marketing teams to align growth initiatives.
• Support content creation for social media, newsletters and promotional materials.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Flexibility to attend occasional evening calls or weekend events.
