About the role

Join Kami, a fast‑growing EdTech company, as a Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth and revenue through data‑driven, multi‑channel campaigns. You’ll work closely with sales, RevOps, and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality, sales‑ready leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi‑channel growth campaigns, including ABM, paid ads, and lead nurturing for school, district, and state accounts.
• Own lead scoring, routing, and workflow configuration in marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to define target accounts, priorities, and shared success metrics.
• Design and execute targeted ABM programs for high‑value regions and strategic accounts.
• Translate market research and buyer journey insights into actionable growth programs.
• Explore and test new marketing tactics, channels, and creative approaches.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of growth, digital, or demand generation experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building programs that move leads through the funnel and generate measurable pipeline growth.
• Hands‑on experience designing and executing ABM campaigns for mid‑market and enterprise buyers.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making and performance optimisation.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills across sales, RevOps, and marketing.
