Growth & Customer Experience Coordinator

About the role

Join Cambrian Plastics as a Growth & Customer Experience Coordinator and take ownership of the company’s digital presence. You will combine digital marketing, AI‑driven content creation and customer service to help the business grow its online reach and deliver a superior experience to trade and retail customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the main website and two additional brand sites, ensuring fresh content and strong SEO performance.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns and manage the Trade Me online store.
• Create and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, engage with followers and grow the audience.
• Use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT daily to generate content, conduct research and identify new opportunities.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and in‑person, delivering a helpful and friendly experience.
• Analyse performance data, produce regular reports and adjust tactics based on results.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, including website management, SEO, Google Ads and social media.
• Regular, practical use of AI tools for content creation or research.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently without constant direction.
• Curiosity about manufacturing processes and a willingness to learn about the plastics industry.
