About the role

We are seeking a Growth & Community Development Partner to expand our global reach and nurture a vibrant community around our personal and leadership development programmes. This flexible, remote position is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, promoting personal growth, and making a positive impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with prospective clients, partners and community members worldwide.
• Support outreach and engagement initiatives across social media, forums and other online platforms.
• Communicate the value of our personal and leadership development programmes and events.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings and personal development activities.
• Help create a welcoming experience for new community members and foster ongoing engagement.

Required profile

• Positive, self‑motivated professional with strong communication abilities.
• Interest in personal growth, leadership development and helping others succeed.
• Comfortable building relationships both online and in person.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, business development, coaching, education or community engagement is a plus.
