Grower Services Representative

About the role

EastPack is seeking a motivated Grower Services Representative to join our team in the Bay of Plenty. You will act as the primary point of contact for growers, building strong relationships and delivering tailored sales and service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of grower accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, quotations, and service plans.
• Track sales performance against KPIs and provide regular reporting.
• Represent EastPack at industry events and local networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within agriculture or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Willingness to travel within the Bay of Plenty region.
