Group Internal Auditor

About the role

Westland Milk Products, part of the Yili Oceania Business Division, is seeking a Group Internal Auditor to provide independent assurance across its global dairy operations. Reporting to the Group Risk & Assurance Manager, you will evaluate key processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements that enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report end‑to‑end internal audits across multiple business units.
• Analyse processes, identify risks, and assess the effectiveness of controls.
• Provide clear, value‑adding recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Track audit actions to ensure timely closure and follow‑up.
• Support control self‑assessments and contribute to audit planning activities.
• Partner with senior leaders locally and at headquarters to drive risk‑aware decision making.

Required profile

• Several years of audit experience in a corporate environment.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or CIA.
• Strong understanding of risk, controls, and business processes.
• Analytical mindset with solid data‑analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Confident communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
