Graphic Designer – Visual Execution Lead (ANZ)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, organised and autonomous Graphic Designer to own visual execution from concept to final delivery across ANZ for two leading New Zealand drinks brands. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce high‑impact campaigns, packaging, shopper activations and experiential branding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts and translate briefs into final artwork for OOH, print, digital, POS, packaging and events.
• Produce high‑quality, on‑brand assets for billboards, retail displays, packaging updates and social media.
• Support the social team with on‑set content capture, formatting and asset creation.
• Lead weekly design approval meetings to ensure smooth sign‑off and minimal revisions.
• Utilise 3D modelling and rendering tools to visualise shopper touchpoints and packaging.
• Maintain studio efficiency by self‑managing workload and meeting delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in agency, FMCG or beverage environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing OOH campaign assets, structural packaging, retail shopper marketing and static social layouts.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
