Graphic Designer – Brand & Visual Content

About the role

Rocket Lab’s Marketing & Communications team is looking for a creative Graphic/Brand Designer to produce visual content that supports missions, products, and corporate messaging. The role is based onsite in Auckland, New Zealand (or Long Beach, California) and works across digital, print, and event media.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality graphics for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and event activations.
• Develop visual concepts that translate complex aerospace technology into accessible, engaging content.
• Create branded assets for product launches, mission campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Support the production of video content, motion graphics, and social‑media assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency with Rocket Lab’s brand standards.
• Partner with external vendors to deliver final assets.

Required profile

• Creative and technically skilled with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to work quickly, communicate clearly, and drive projects from concept to completion without close supervision.
• Enjoys designing across multiple formats and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
