Graduate Total Account Manager – Scientific Sales

About the role

We are looking for a recent science graduate or early‑career professional to join our high‑performing sales team in Auckland. You will support our Account Managers in delivering complete scientific solutions through a Total Account Management approach, building strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to maintain existing accounts and uncover new business.
• Engage customers to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive commercial outcomes.
• Assist with sales activities such as quoting, lead generation, and contract renewals.
• Promote and sell analytical instruments, consumables, and service contracts.
• Support telesales and inside‑sales initiatives targeting untapped, high‑potential accounts.
• Collaborate with technical teams and product specialists to deliver value‑added support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Up to 1–2 years of professional experience, including internships or part‑time roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a genuine interest in customer engagement.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a commercial environment.
