About the role

PwC Private is seeking recent graduates to join its Hamilton team from February 2027. You will work alongside experienced business advisers, supporting a diverse client base that includes family‑owned businesses, fast‑growing start‑ups and well‑known New Zealand brands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compliance and advisory services across accounting, tax, finance technology and business transactions.
• Conduct financial analysis, performance improvement and growth initiatives for clients.
• Utilise data, automation and AI‑enabled tools to generate insights and support client decision‑making.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong interest in finance and advisory services.
• Motivated to learn, collaborate and deliver high‑quality client work.
