About the role

English 1 is seeking recent graduates and early‑career professionals to join its Graduate Program as English teachers in China. This full‑time, entry‑level role offers the chance to travel, gain international work experience and develop transferable skills while earning a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English lessons to young learners aged 3–16 in a classroom setting.
• Utilise English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools to create high‑energy lessons.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their language abilities.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities and student engagement programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport.
• Strong interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
