Graduate Interior Designer

About the role

Y6, a premium interior architecture studio focused on hospitality and hotel spaces, is seeking a driven Graduate Interior Designer. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience supporting senior designers while developing core interior design skills and a deeper understanding of project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare drawings, models, images, material & mood boards, and other design documentation.
• Assist in drafting lighting, electrical, and plumbing layouts.
• Support sourcing, negotiating, and ordering of building materials and finishes.
• Develop product knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture.
• Participate in group idea‑generation sessions.

Required profile

• An industry‑recognized diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• Strong creativity with a desire to learn and grow design skills.
• Attention to detail and a self‑motivated, adaptable attitude.
• Flexibility and openness to learning from senior team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in V‑Ray.
• Familiarity with Google Business tools.
