About the role

Kick‑start your professional journey in 2027 with Grant Thornton’s Graduate Consulting Programme, focusing on Internal Audit and Risk. The role is based in either Auckland or Wellington and offers flexible working arrangements, a nine‑day fortnight trial, and immediate exposure to client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants across Internal Audit, Risk Management and Project IQA engagements.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, attend workshops and training sessions.
• Contribute to client deliverables from day one, gaining hands‑on experience in consulting services.
• Support the development of audit and risk frameworks for diverse organisations.

Required profile

• Hold a Commerce, Engineering, Science, Law degree or a conjoint qualification.
• Majored in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering Science, Business Analysis, Data Analytics or Financial Engineering.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Energetic, proactive and eager to continuously learn.
• In final year of study or graduated within the last 12 months.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand.
