Graduate Analyst – AI & Data (Auckland)

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a 2027 graduate to join its Artificial Intelligence & Data team in Auckland. As an Analyst you will work alongside experienced consultants to help clients unlock insight and value from their data, and to design AI‑enabled solutions that drive business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support AI strategy projects, helping organisations become data‑ready and insight‑driven.
• Assist in designing and implementing modern data platforms and cloud technologies.
• Contribute to data governance and management frameworks to ensure high‑quality data for analytics.
• Participate in intelligent automation initiatives using robotic and cognitive technologies.
• Collaborate on AI, insights and engagement solutions that augment human decision‑making.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about how data can transform businesses.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑changing technology environment.
