Graduate Accountant – BAS & Audit

About the role

Kick‑start your accounting career with a supportive, people‑focused team. As a Graduate Accountant you will work across our BAS and Audit practices, helping clients understand their numbers and meet their obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, GST returns and other compliance work.
• Use accounting software and digital tools to deliver efficient client service.
• Collaborate with senior team members on a variety of client engagements.
• Build knowledge of different businesses, industries and financial challenges.
• Develop confidence to own work as your skills grow.

Required profile

• Completed or final‑year degree in accounting, commerce or business.
• Interest in pursuing the CA ANZ or CPA pathway.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to master the basics.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset.
• Team‑oriented attitude and genuine interest in helping clients succeed.
