About the role
We are seeking a GP & Urgent Care Nurse to join our clinical team. The role involves providing low‑acuity primary care, urgent care, or emergency care services while participating in a fixed weekend roster.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care for low‑acuity GP, urgent care, or emergency presentations.
- Work at the top of your nursing scope, making autonomous clinical decisions.
- Participate in a rotational weekend roster, with a core schedule of Wednesday to Friday.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow.
Required profile
- Strong experience in low‑acuity GP, urgent care or emergency department nursing.
- Confidence operating at the highest level of nursing practice.
- Availability on Fridays and willingness to work scheduled weekend shifts.
- Positive, team‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
