GP or Urgent Care Practitioner – New Zealand Opportunities

About the role

The Doctors Medical Centres is seeking International Medical Graduate General Practitioners and Urgent Care Practitioners to join its network of primary‑care clinics across Auckland, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, Nelson and Hawke’s Bay. You will deliver comprehensive primary‑care services to diverse communities, including rural, Māori and Pasifika populations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality general practice and urgent care consultations.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive health, and health promotion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clinical directors.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to New Zealand clinical standards.

Required profile

• International Medical Graduate with a medical degree and eligibility for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
• Experience in general practice or urgent care settings is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to one of the advertised regions.
