Government Policy Consultant – Remote

About the role

This remote position focuses on applying policy expertise to shape next‑generation AI systems. You will influence how models learn, reason, and perform by providing high‑quality, real‑world input and strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, draft, and review policy documents, legal contracts, proposals, and research papers using advanced Word and PDF tools.
• Provide strategic consultation and actionable recommendations on regulatory, legal, healthcare, academic, or finance‑related matters.
• Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure compliance, clarity, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Support clients with precise document formatting, tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to synthesize complex data into succinct, actionable policies and procedures.
• Stay abreast of evolving regulations and guidelines relevant to your field of expertise.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience in government policy operations.
• Advanced proficiency with Word and PDF tools, including tracked changes, formatting, document review, and data extraction.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting, analyzing, and reviewing complex policy or regulatory documents.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
