Global Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

EROAD is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to own both the strategic direction and day‑to‑day delivery of recruitment across the organisation. This hands‑on, standalone position will work closely with People & Culture to embed hiring into the broader people agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for a fast‑growing, global business.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all roles, from junior to senior levels.
• Influence outcomes through stakeholder collaboration and execution without direct reports.
• Drive process improvements such as reporting, time‑to‑hire, and agency utilisation.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven in‑house talent acquisition experience at a senior level.
• Flexible and agile, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with global leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to improve recruitment processes and metrics.
• Interest in using AI to optimise hiring outcomes.
