About the role

Join a modern, purpose‑built practice serving over 12,000 patients in central Invercargill. The position offers a flexible weekday schedule with no weekend work and 15‑minute appointments, allowing you to deliver high‑quality primary care in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general practice consultations and nurse‑practitioner services.
• Perform minor surgical procedures and ear suctioning.
• Run specialised clinics such as spirometry, diabetes, falls and fragility programmes, and Aclasta infusions.
• Collaborate with allied health, pharmacy, and secondary services for integrated patient care.
• Utilise cloud‑based MedTech platforms (Evolution, Manage My Health) for efficient record‑keeping and patient management.

Required profile

• Qualified General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner registered in New Zealand.
• Commitment to equity, inclusivity and culturally responsive care.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Interest in ongoing professional development and community impact.
