General Manager Operations

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager Operations to lead our well‑established beverage business through its next growth phase. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will shape strategic decisions and drive overall business performance while enjoying a senior leadership position without a daily CBD commute.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to support growth objectives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day manufacturing, transport and logistics functions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence key business decisions.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, resources and stakeholder relationships to ensure efficient operations.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in operations, preferably within manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business performance.
• Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
