General Manager – Aged Care Facility

About the role

Care with love Limited is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead Tasman Home and Village, a modern boutique aged‑care facility in Henderson, Auckland. You will be responsible for overseeing a 72‑bed rest home and hospital facility together with 10 serviced apartments, ensuring high‑quality care and a supportive environment for staff and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the 72‑bed rest home, hospital unit and serviced apartments.
• Maintain and enhance the facility’s strong reputation for quality care.
• Drive quality outcomes, compliance with health regulations, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and support staff through training, coaching and performance management.
• Manage budgets, resources and operational performance.
• Implement policies, procedures and best practices across the facility.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in an aged‑care or healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality outcomes and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Excellent reputation‑management and stakeholder communication abilities.
