About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our Christchurch dental practice. The role is full‑time and offers the chance to develop within a growing dental network.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients and answer phone enquiries professionally.
- Manage patient appointments, recalls and scheduling.
- Process payments, handle banking transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry and correspondence.
- Support the clinical team with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front‑desk or administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptable and eager to develop professionally.
