Full‑Time Café Assistant (All‑Rounder)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Café Assistant to join our Auckland location. You will work in a lively coffee shop environment, delivering excellent customer service and helping create memorable coffee experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers quickly and courteously, taking orders and handling payments.
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, following our specialty‑grade recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café floor.
• Build positive relationships with regulars and new visitors.
• Support the team during busy periods and assist with stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Friendly, hospitable and eager to engage with customers.
• Confident working on the café floor, able to handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn barista techniques.
• Team‑player who contributes to a positive workplace culture.

Required skills

• Basic coffee‑making knowledge (barista skills are a plus).
