About the role

Join a fast‑growing New Zealand designer sunglasses brand as a Fulfilment & Customer Service Assistant. You will work on‑site in East Tamaki, supporting both the e‑commerce side and the packing process. This part‑time position offers a hands‑on experience in a small, dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone, providing accurate product information.
• Process online orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring correct items are selected.
• Pack sunglasses and accessories securely for shipment, adhering to brand quality standards.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with couriers and update tracking information.
• Perform routine checks of packaging supplies and report any shortages.
