About the role
Minor Hotels is seeking a full‑time Front Office Supervisor for Oaks Queenstown Shores. You will lead the front desk team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless check‑in and check‑out experience. This role combines hands‑on supervision with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a dynamic hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the front office team to uphold high service standards.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest arrivals, departures and room allocations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate completion of all shift tasks and administrative duties.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office area in line with brand standards.
- Work a rotating roster covering Monday to Sunday, with shift times between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.
Required profile
- Demonstrated leadership ability with prior supervisory experience in hospitality.
- Extensive background in hotel or resort front office operations.
- Excellent customer‑service mindset and professional presentation.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules.
