Front of House Team Member

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our Kiwi‑Italian gastropub in Sylvia Park, Auckland. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, delivering friendly service, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly.
• Clear tables and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Handle cash and card transactions after training.
• Assist at the bar on occasion once trained.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues.

Required profile

• Enjoy interacting with people and making new friends.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, punctual and team‑oriented.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required.
