About the role
Join The Roaming Giant as a Front of House Team Member and be the face of our vibrant dining experience. You’ll interact with guests, ensure smooth service, and help create memorable moments in a lively, energetic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and take food and drink orders accurately.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Clear tables, maintain a clean dining area, and reset for the next guests.
- Assist with bar service after training, when required.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while working under pressure.
Required profile
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Enjoys a fast‑paced, varied workday and thrives on interacting with people.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
