Front of House Team Member / Barista

About the role

Dôme is seeking enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join its café network across Western Australia. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly service while preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to Dôme standards.
• Deliver food and beverage orders to tables promptly.
• Clear, reset, and maintain cleanliness of tables and work areas.
• Perform general cleaning duties to keep the café tidy.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Sunday between 5 am and 9 pm.
