Freelance Personal Trainer – Flexible Hours

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Personal Trainer to join our growing fit20 brand in Wellington. You will help clients transform their lives through personalised fitness programmes and our innovative approach to health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one personal training sessions at our High Street studio.
• Design and adapt workout plans based on individual goals, anatomy and physiology knowledge.
• Motivate and educate clients to achieve measurable results.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
• Collaborate with the fit20 team to uphold brand standards and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Qualified Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor or a background in Sports Science, Pilates, Yoga or a related field.
• Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience (preferred) with a professional attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to inspire clients.
• Enthusiastic, upbeat personality and a team‑player mindset.

What we offer

• Full training through the fit20 Academy – no fees or rent required.
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.75‑£25.50.
• Flexible schedule: 10‑30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8 am‑8 pm).
• Self‑employed/freelance contract with the opportunity to grow within a redefining fitness brand.
