About the role
We are seeking an experienced freelance contractor to help train AI chat‑bot models. You will measure progress, evaluate logic, and solve problems to improve each model’s quality. The role requires expert‑level writing, editing, and content development, ideally from a communications or journalism background.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chat‑bots and assess their outputs.
- Evaluate the quality of AI‑generated content for correctness, relevance, and performance.
- Identify issues, propose improvements, and track model progress over time.
Required profile
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
