Food Production Worker – FMCG (Full‑time, Auckland)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Food Production Worker to join our fast‑paced FMCG line in Wiri, Auckland. The role is permanent, full‑time (Monday‑Friday) and based on‑site, offering the chance to contribute to high‑volume food manufacturing while working with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment on the FMCG line.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
• Perform routine cleaning, set‑up, and change‑over tasks.
• Identify and report any equipment issues or production bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.

Required profile

• Enjoys working in a fast‑moving environment.
• Can solve problems quickly and work well within a team.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work the full Monday‑Friday schedule.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs.
