Food Delivery App User Tester

About the role

We are looking for a remote contractor to act as a Food Delivery App User Tester. You will use your personal experience with food delivery platforms to generate realistic data that helps train next‑generation AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage your active food‑delivery app account and order history to provide authentic user scenarios.
• Create realistic search intents and document user journeys on grocery and food‑delivery platforms.
• Evaluate, annotate, and give feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations.
• Write clear, well‑structured explanations in English describing your thought process.
• Collaborate remotely with the client’s team to support ongoing AI training initiatives.
• Identify usability issues, suggest improvements, and flag inconsistencies across platforms.
• Stay current with new app features and trends in food delivery and restaurant discovery.

Required profile

• Active user of food‑delivery apps with documented order history (not a restaurant owner or driver).
• Strong familiarity with restaurant discovery and food‑delivery ecosystems.
• Ability to create realistic search intents and accurately evaluate result relevance.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing remote tasks efficiently.
