About the role
Pullman Auckland is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across its restaurant, bar, room service, mini‑bar and executive lounge. You will ensure seamless service delivery, high guest satisfaction and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
- Oversee service across multiple outlets including restaurant, bar, room service, mini‑bar and executive lounge.
- Lead, coordinate and schedule team members on shift, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with staff rostering and workforce planning together with the Restaurant & Bar Manager and Food & Beverage Manager.
- Train, coach and develop team members to deliver 5‑star service.
- Support financial performance through cost control, stock management and accurate cash handling.
Required profile
- Minimum 2.5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage within a hospitality environment.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑leader role.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise teams in a busy service setting.
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Knowledge of health, safety and service standards in a hotel environment.
