Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Pullman Auckland Airport. In this fast‑paced role you will greet guests, serve food and drinks, and help create memorable dining experiences in our 5‑star hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, embodying the spirit of manaakitanga.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Provide menu knowledge and recommendations, acting as a trusted guide for guests.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to special requests and dietary restrictions, and maintain high standards of food safety.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to keep service flow smooth and efficient.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality, preferably in medium‑to‑large restaurants or 5‑star hotels.
• Strong communication skills, both face‑to‑face and on the phone.
• Energetic, reliable and able to work on your feet in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.

Required skills

• Barista – coffee‑making proficiency.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergy awareness.
