Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join the Pullman Auckland team as a Food & Beverage Attendant and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will work closely with the culinary and service teams to deliver the high standards expected of the Pullman brand.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, serve, and clear tables in the restaurant, lounge and banquet areas.
• Explain menu items, recommend dishes and accommodate special dietary requirements.
• Promote additional sales through upselling and personalized suggestions.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain clean, safe and well‑presented work and guest areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
