Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join the vibrant team at Pullman Auckland Airport as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will be the face of our hospitality, delivering food and drink service with energy and genuine warmth to guests arriving and departing the airport.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and create memorable experiences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Act as a menu expert, offering recommendations and answering guest queries.
• Anticipate guest needs, support teammates, and maintain a smooth service flow.
• Uphold food safety standards, manage allergies, and ensure a safe dining environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in medium to large restaurants or 5‑star hotels.
• Strong communication skills, both in‑person and over the phone.
• Energetic, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and work collaboratively.
• Barista or coffee‑making skills are a strong plus.
